Why Regular?
Regular learns your palate and keeps it yours—so every menu, every meal, and every restaurant is tuned to you.
Rate a meal or scan a menu and Regular learns what you love—flavors, textures, the dishes you skip—sharpening your taste profile with every bite.
Point your camera at any menu and instantly see which dishes fit your palate and your dietary needs—no guessing, no asking.
Every menu comes pre-sorted for your taste, with dish-by-dish recommendations that get smarter each time you tell us what you thought.
Set your allergies and dietary needs once. Regular keeps them front and center wherever you eat, so you can order with confidence.
Your taste profile belongs to you, not a restaurant. See everything Regular knows, reset any part of it, and take it—or delete it—whenever you like.
Walk into a spot on Regular and your tastes arrive with you—so the table already knows how you like to eat, no re-explaining required.
The Experience
Regular isn't a booking app. It's a taste engine that learns what you love and hands you the keys—your preferences, your data, yours to carry anywhere.
The more you eat and rate, the sharper it gets. And because your profile is portable, it works the moment you walk into any restaurant on Regular.

The "We Promise This Won't Be Boring" Edition
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
You're tempted to scroll straight to "I Agree." We get it. But this is the actual deal between us, so here's the gist:
Still with us? Great. Let's get into it.
Regular helps you discover restaurants, browse menus, and build a taste profile so every meal is tuned to what you actually like. Two types of people use it:
You must be 18 or older. Sorry, teenagers. And if you're signing up on behalf of a restaurant, you need the actual authority to do that — don't enroll your ex's bistro as a revenge plot. Not cool, and probably illegal.
You'll sign up with your email or phone, and we'll send a code to confirm you're a real human. Keep your password to yourself — if someone gets into your account because it was "password123," that's on you, friend. Prefer Face ID or Touch ID? Go for it; that data stays on your phone and we never see it.
If you give us your number and opt in, we'll text you only for the practical stuff:
Message frequency varies, and your carrier's usual message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP if you need a hand. We — and the carriers — can't be on the hook for texts that show up late, garbled, or not at all. And signing up for texts is never a condition of buying anything.
You discover spots, check out menus, and build a taste profile; we use it to recommend things you'll love. A couple of honest notes:
⚠️ ALLERGY REALITY CHECK: You can tell us your dietary needs, but we can't guarantee any restaurant can accommodate them. If you have a serious allergy, ALWAYS tell the staff directly, out loud, with words. We're an app, not a medical device — your safety is in your hands.
Before you go live, we'll verify you're a real restaurant and not a garage with a hot plate. Once you're in, you agree to represent yourself honestly, use guest info only to serve that guest, never sell or repurpose it without permission, and follow the data-protection laws that apply to you.
We hope this is obvious, but: don't break the law, lie about who you are, impersonate anyone, hack or disrupt the app, scrape it with bots, harass people, submit fake data, or try to reverse-engineer how it works. Do any of that and we can show you the door.
We own Regular — the app, design, code, and logo. You own the content you submit. The Service is provided "as is"; we're not a party to anything that happens between you and a restaurant, and we're not responsible for their food or service. There's also a cap on our liability (the Legal version spells out the numbers).
If there's a dispute, email mh@regulartechnologies.com first and give us 30 days to make it right. If we still can't sort it out, it goes to binding arbitration with JAMS, on an individual basis (no class actions). These terms are governed by New York law.
Questions? Concerns? Want to say hi?
mh@regulartechnologies.com
We actually read these. Pinky promise.
By using Regular, you're saying: "Yeah, I read this (or at least skimmed it), I understand what I'm getting into, and I agree to these terms."
Now go find somewhere delicious to eat. 🍜
P.S. — If you read this whole thing, you're our favorite user. Don't tell the others.

The "What We Know About You" Edition
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
Privacy policies are usually written to make your eyes glaze over. This one's different. Here's the deal:
Stuff you tell us:
Stuff we collect automatically:
Mostly to make the app work: create and manage your account, generate recommendations you'll love, let restaurants know when you've arrived or left, keep things secure, and improve the app. The more we learn about what you like, the better the picks get — like a friend who remembers you hate cilantro and love a good cocktail menu.
If you give us your number, we use it only for verification codes, account recovery / password resets, and transactional replies (like getting back to you over text when you ask).
Message frequency depends on your activity, and your carrier's standard rates may apply.
Your data runs through infrastructure from service providers who help us operate — cloud hosting (AWS), email/SMS providers, analytics, and support tools — all contractually required to protect it. Beyond that, let's be crystal clear about what we DON'T do:
Security isn't just a checkbox for us:
How long we keep things: account info while you're active (plus a bit), reservation and order data up to 7 years for record-keeping, receipts until you delete them, and deleted accounts purged within 30 days. No system is 100% bulletproof, so use a strong password and keep your phone updated too.
Regular is for adults — 18 and up. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone younger, and if we find out we did, we delete it promptly.
Questions? Concerns? Privacy worries?
mh@regulartechnologies.com
We actually respond to these. We're not a mega-corp with a black-hole inbox (yet).
We built Regular because we love food and think every meal should be tuned to your taste. We need some of your data to do that, and we promise to only collect what we need, be transparent about it, never sell it, keep it as safe as we can, and let you delete it whenever you want.
Now stop reading privacy policies and go get a great meal. 🍕
P.S. — Yes, we know you probably scrolled straight here. The short version up top has you covered.
