Why Regular?
Regular learns your palate and keeps it yours—so every menu, every meal, and every restaurant is tuned to you.
Rate a meal or scan a menu and Regular learns what you love—flavors, textures, the dishes you skip—sharpening your taste profile with every bite.
Point your camera at any menu and instantly see which dishes fit your palate and your dietary needs—no guessing, no asking.
Every menu comes pre-sorted for your taste, with dish-by-dish recommendations that get smarter each time you tell us what you thought.
Set your allergies and dietary needs once. Regular keeps them front and center wherever you eat, so you can order with confidence.
Your taste profile belongs to you, not a restaurant. See everything Regular knows, reset any part of it, and take it—or delete it—whenever you like.
Walk into a spot on Regular and your tastes arrive with you—so the table already knows how you like to eat, no re-explaining required.
The Experience
Regular isn't a booking app. It's a taste engine that learns what you love and hands you the keys—your preferences, your data, yours to carry anywhere.
The more you eat and rate, the sharper it gets. And because your profile is portable, it works the moment you walk into any restaurant on Regular.

Welcome to Regular ("App," "Service," "Platform," or "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Regular governing your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Regular is a taste-personalization service. It learns your food preferences and builds a personal taste profile that helps you find dishes you'll love and that travels with you between participating restaurants. The Service serves two distinct user types: (a) Customer Users, who build a personal taste profile, scan menus, and receive personalized dish recommendations; and (b) Restaurant Users, who manage their menus and, when a Customer visits, use that Customer's shared preferences to serve them. Regular does not provide restaurant reservations or bookings.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a restaurant or other business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or phone number. You will receive a verification code to confirm your identity before your account is activated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service may offer biometric authentication features (such as Face ID or Touch ID) for your convenience. Biometric data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored by Regular.
The Service lets you build and manage a personal taste profile, scan restaurant menus for personalized recommendations, record and rate your meals, and share your preferences with participating restaurants you choose to visit. You understand and agree that:
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: You may provide dietary preferences and allergies to enhance your experience. Regular does not guarantee that restaurants can accommodate all dietary requirements, nor that menu attributes detected by scanning are accurate or complete. You are solely responsible for communicating critical allergy information directly to restaurant staff. Regular is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from your dining experiences.
Restaurant Users must complete a verification process before their restaurant profile becomes active on the Platform. Restaurant Users agree to:
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, provide false or misleading information, impersonate any person or entity, interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, use automated means without permission, harass other users, submit fraudulent menu or rating data, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Regular a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Regular is a technology platform that provides taste personalization and, at your direction, shares your preferences with participating restaurants. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a Restaurant and are not responsible for the actions, products, food, or services of any Restaurant.

The "We Promise This Won't Be Boring" Edition
Last Updated: June 17, 2026
Look, we know you're tempted to scroll past all this and tap "I Agree" like you do with everything else. We get it. But this is actually the deal between us, so here's the gist:
Still with us? Great. Let's get into it.
Regular learns what you love to eat. Rate your meals and scan menus, and we build a taste profile that helps you order dishes you'll actually love—and that profile is yours to carry to any restaurant on Regular. We're not a reservations app; we don't book tables.
Two types of people use Regular:
You must be 18 or older. Sorry, teenagers. We don't make the rules. (Okay, we literally made these rules, but still.)
If you're signing up for a restaurant, you need to actually have the authority to do that. Don't sign up your ex's restaurant as a revenge plot. That's not cool, and also probably illegal.
Be honest when you sign up. Your real name, real email, real phone number. We're not asking for your social security number or your childhood fears — just the basics.
You'll sign up with your email or phone number, and we'll send you a code to prove you're a real human and not a robot trying to spin up 47 fake accounts at once.
Your password is like your toothbrush: don't share it with anyone, and change it if something weird happens. If someone breaks into your account because your password was "password123," that's on you, friend.
If you want to use Face ID or Touch ID to log in, cool! That data stays on your phone — we never see it.
Changed your mind about Regular? No hard feelings. You can delete your account anytime in Settings. Poof, gone. We'll miss you.
Here's how it works: You scan a menu or rate a meal. We learn what you love—the flavors, the textures, the stuff you'd rather skip. Next time, your menu comes pre-sorted for your taste. The more you use it, the smarter it gets.
A couple of honest notes: our picks are suggestions, not commands—you're still the one ordering. And menus we read by camera aren't always perfect, so double-check anything that matters.
Think of Regular as a friend who remembers exactly how you like to eat—and never forgets, even at a restaurant you've never been to.
Your taste profile is 100% yours. Peek at everything we've learned, reset any part of it, or delete the whole thing whenever you want. No hostage situations.
You can tell us you're vegetarian, allergic to shellfish, or that you think cilantro tastes like soap (we understand). We'll share this with restaurants so they can try to accommodate you.
BUT — and this is important:
Before your restaurant goes live, we'll need to verify you're legit. It's nothing personal — we just want to make sure the "restaurants" on our platform are actual restaurants and not someone's garage with a hot plate.
When a diner shares their taste profile with you, here's what you can do:
Here's what you can't do:
We really hope we don't have to explain these, but here we are:
If you do any of this stuff, we can kick you off the platform. And honestly, you'd deserve it.
We own Regular — the app, the design, the code, the logo, the whole thing. You own your stuff — your photos, your receipts, your content.
Regular is provided "as is." We're not perfect. The app might have bugs. It might go down sometimes. We don't guarantee the app will work perfectly 100% of the time or that every restaurant will be amazing.
If something goes wrong, email mh@regulartechnologies.com and let's try to work it out like adults. Give us 30 days to make things right before escalating.

We actually read these emails. Pinky promise.
By using Regular, you're saying: "Yeah, I read this (or at least skimmed it), I understand what I'm getting into, and I agree to these terms."
Now go find somewhere delicious to eat. 🍜
P.S. — If you actually read this whole thing, we're impressed. You're our favorite user. Don't tell the others.

The "What We Know About You" Edition
Last Updated: June 17, 2026
Privacy policies are usually written to make your eyes glaze over. This one's different. Here's the deal:
Stuff you tell us:
Stuff we collect automatically:
If a restaurant connects their POS system (Toast, Square, etc.), we might see what you ordered. Don't worry — we're not judging your 2 AM mozzarella sticks order.
Mostly to make the app work:
The more we know about what you like, the better our picks get. It's like having a friend who remembers that you hate cilantro and love a good cocktail menu.
This is the part everyone worries about. Let's break it down.
What a restaurant sees when you visit a spot on Regular:
What they DON'T get:
Let's be crystal clear:
Security isn't just a checkbox for us:
But let's be real: No system is 100% bulletproof. Please also use a strong password and keep your phone updated.
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have extra rights too. Same email — we'll help you out.

We actually respond to these. We're not a mega-corp with a black hole inbox (yet).
We built Regular because we love food and think every meal should be tuned to your taste. We need some of your data to make that happen. We promise to:
Now stop reading privacy policies and go get a great meal. 🍕
P.S. — Yes, we know you probably just scrolled to the bottom. The short version at the top has you covered. But thanks for at least opening this.
